Kimberly Hartsfield, MPA
Chief Data Officer
Kimberly Hartsfield became Chief Data Officer for TractManager in June 2017. With nearly 25 years of experience in both the payor and provider arenas, she is passionate about helping organizations harness their strategic data assets to enable fact-based conversations that drive change and lead to success for all parties at the table.
Earlier in her career Kimberly served as Senior Manager with ECG Management Consultants and Vice President at the Camden Group. She also held management positions at Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield for nearly 18 years, most recently as director of Enterprise Business Intelligence–Medical Informatics. Before that, Kimberly was the director of Provider Relations at Arkansas Children’s Hospital, where she created strategic and long-range plans for the management and further development of the participating provider network.
Kimberly has presented talks on a variety of topics and conducted workshops at locations across the country, focusing on bundled payments, care management, transparency, and customer service.
Kimberly studied at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where she received a BA degree in history and a Master of Public Administration degree.
