This report addresses whether full-text clinical studies, systematic reviews, and clinical practice guidelines and position statements support use of the Osseoanchored Prostheses for the Rehabilitation of Amputees (OPRA) Implant System (Integrum Inc.) for the restoration of function in patients who are unable to use or report complications that result from conventional socket prostheses after transfemoral (above the knee) amputation (TFA).
